A calm room on Elm Street.
Rosemere sits on the second floor above Elm Street, with tall windows, soft velvet chairs and a coffee bar that is always on. There are only six chairs and one treatment room, so it never feels like a factory.
We keep appointments on time, book enough minutes for a real consultation, and play music you can talk over.

Frequently asked questions.
Can I pay by card?
Yes. We accept all major cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Gift cards can be used on any service or product.
How far ahead should I book?
One to two weeks for most services. Colour with Celeste and Saturday mornings fill fastest, so book three weeks ahead if you can.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancel or move your visit for free up to 24 hours before. Inside 24 hours we charge 50% of the service, and we waive that once a year.
Do I need a consultation for colour?
For your first colour with us, yes. It is free, takes about ten minutes and happens at the start of your visit.
Do you need a patch test for lash and brow tints?
Yes, 48 hours before your first tint or lift. Book the free Patch Test online.
Can I book several services at once?
Yes. Pick as many as you like and we schedule them back to back, with one specialist or several.
Do you do bridal parties?
Yes, in the salon or on location within 20 miles. Use the contact form to request a quote.
Is the salon step-free?
Yes. A lift goes to the second floor and the washroom is accessible.
